Safety & Longevity
Before lighting each time, trim wick to 1/4 inch. Make sure wax is free of dust and debris. For best results, burn candle for 2 hours the first time it is burned.
Always burn within sight on a proper heat-safe surface and keep away from children and pets.
Being pillar style candles, keep in mind wax may drip down the sides of the candle. Only burn candles in containers or surfaces that are heat-resistant and safe.
Only remove your memento after the candle has been extinguished. Do not remove the memento while candle is burning. After the candle has been extinguished and you are prepared to remove the memento, keep in mind the wax may be hot, so it is suggested to use a tool, tweezers or a hook to scoop your memento from the wax. Using the tool, place memento on wax paper to cool.
