How often do you restock?

I try to restock ceramic pieces at least once a month.

Home decor items - I try to always keep in stock. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to restock these non ceramic items as I’m working with partner small businesses within the USA to have my art made into different items.

How will I know the date of the next ceramic restock?

Subscribers receive an email the day of a restock and I also post dates in my Instagram bio as soon as I know when the next restock will be. It all depends on how my process is going that month. I can usually set a date a week or so in advance. Once I know the date I also announce it on my SHOPPE page HERE.

Another way to get the details of a restock update is to follow @ever.echoes on Instagram. I always post countdowns in stories and update my bio with the next release date. But the best way to surely be notified is being a subscriber through email.

I also share Instagram posts to Facebook HERE so if you follow there you may see restock update info there too. I’m barely active on Facebook though so any interaction there usually takes a lot longer.

Do you take custom orders?

I’m sorry no. But if you are really interested in something feel free to DM me and I will always take what you say into consideration for future releases. Sometimes I really want to make something happen and bring styles back but it can take months to get to them. So I super appreciate your patience and understanding as everything is made by me, by hand, and each piece takes days to weeks to complete going through the ceramic process.

How do I subscribe to email restock reminders?

To receive email restock notifications sign up at the bottom of this page. Email subscribers get a few extra restocks per year during super secret web updates so if you want in on some extras be sure to subscribe and / or create and account HERE. When creating an account make sure to have email notifications turned on, or if you can’t find the option then sign up below ( at the bottom of this page ). I don’t know why, but I’ve heard that some people with accounts aren’t getting my email restock reminders. I’m still trying to figure that one out.

Subscribers in the contiguous US get a code each restock for free shipping. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska because of the costs associated with shipping to those locations.

How long will it take my order to ship?

After a release, all pieces will usually ship within 3-5 business days. 

How much does shipping cost? ( contiguous USA )

For states in the contiguous US there is a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95. If you place multiple orders during a single restock I will combine shipping and refund any shipping cost overages to your original form of payment.

How much is shipping to Hawaii / Alaska?

Shipping starts at $24 with added cost for additional items. I refund any shipping overages, so for example if you order a few small items shipping will be higher at checkout than what it actually costs to ship. In this case I’ll refund whatever the difference is to your original form of payment.

Shipping Carrier?

Within the contiguous US I most often ship via UPS. On occasion I’ll use USPS depending on the box size / weight of the item(s).

Shipping Speed?

Flat rate shipping and free shipping for email subscribers is always shipped either UPS ground. If an item(s) is going via USPS then I choose the best option for the size weight of the package. Keep in mind that once I’ve handed your package over to the carrier it is out of my hands and we can only just check tracking together. If you have any issues please contact the carrier.

Rush Shipping?

If you need your order as a rush please reach out through email or DM as soon as possible after ordering (or before if you are interested in item(s) that might not sell out right away). I will get back to you with pricing and options asap.

UPS ground shipping is very quick if you are located on the East Coast where I am and sometimes the same or even faster than Expedited shipping options.

How much is shipping to my country outside of the USA?

It’s pricy most likely. Mosts costs are between $20 - $80 USD depending on how far away you are from the Eastern US. Costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Customs Fees / Taxes?

Some countries have added costs such as customs fees and taxes that you will pay on your end. However, for some countries I’m able to pay the additional fees on my end. If your shipping cost covers it I always do this for you when the option is available on my end. I will also refund any shipping cost overages to your original form of payment, and combine orders whenever possible, which is most often.

If you choose to not pay import fees or refuse a package and return the package to sender I do not refund shipping fees.

Shipping Carrier?

I most often ship via USPS internationally. There seem to be less fees associated with shipping via USPS. I will ship via another carrier if it makes sense depending on where in the world your package is going.

Shipping speed takes days to weeks depending on where you are located in the world. Once your package has been picked up by the carrier it is out of my hands and we can only watch tracking together. If you have any issues please contact the carrier.

Rush Shipping?

Sorry I don’t offer rush shipping to locations outside of the US.
